SHIPPING COSTS

As locals to West Melbourne, we love to shop local and we want to encourage and reward other local shoppers. That’s why we offer FREE or $5 personal delivery for most of the inner west of Melbourne. Local delivery will be triggered at checkout when you enter your postcode.
Free delivery is for customers ordering in the following postcodes: 3025, 3018, and 3015
$5 delivery free is for customers ordering in the following postcodes: 3012, 3013, 3016, 3019, 3011, and 3028

Delivery is FREE for ALL orders over $100.00 in the one transaction and to the one address.

Generally we don’t allow for collection but feel free to get in touch if you have a special request and we will see what we can do.

For our flat rate $9.95 Australia wide shipping we usually send our parcels with Sendle.

Sendle is Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service and certified B Corporation and their sustainability practices sit well with us on a personal and business level.

TRACKING INFORMATION & DELIVERY PARTNERS

You will receive tracking information once your delivery has been booked via the email address you provided at checkout. Packages will be left in a safe place at the property if no one is home to receive them. If a safe place is not available, Sendle will leave your package at their nearest partnering depot and contact you with collection information.

All orders are automatically covered for up to $100 in the rare chance that your package is lost. If you would like to insure your order for more than this please contact us.
Occasionally some rural deliveries or deliveries to PO boxes will need to be sent with Australia Post. If this is the case, you will be notified and a tracking number will be emailed to you from our @booandwoo.com.au account.

If you prefer to have your parcel sent with Aus. Post you can select this option at check out. Please note that this will incur an extra cost that will be calculated based on the weight of your package and location of delivery. Aus. Post orders, unless selected by Boo & Woo, are not eligible for the $9.95 flat rate delivery fee.

DELIVERY ISSUES 

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping company your order has been fulfilled and is marked as completed. Boo & Woo can not take responsibility for any delays, loss of items, or damage* to products. We will endeavour to have all orders packed and ready for pick up within 48 hours of being placed**. Delivery times will differ depending on time of year and destination. For all enquiries about late or missing parcels please contact Sendle via the emailed tracking information and lodge a “Missing Parcel enquiry”. For lost packages with Aus. Post please contact 137678 or for tracking enquiries contact 1800 101 318, you will need the tracking number emailed to you. Please check that email addresses and delivery addresses are correct at checkout as we copy all information exactly as it is written when sent to us.

**Orders placed between 5pm Friday and 5pm Sunday may take longer to pack and prepare.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel has been lost during transit please contact Sendle via the emailed tracking page head to “Missing Parcel enquiry” if you live regionally and your order was sent via Australia Post contact them on 13POST (137 678). You will need to provide them with your tracking number and a customer enquiry will be lodged
It is your responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318, or Sendle via the tracking email that was sent to your registered email address.
Melbourne Candle Company are only accountable for the time it takes us to hand over your parcel to the shipping company, once this has been picked from Melbourne Candle Co. your order has been fulfilled.
Any delays once handed over are the responsibility of shipping company.
Please ensure you have entered the correct postage details at checkout. We address your orders as we see it written. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are correct.
